This is a very good trustworthy company! We have a contract for aerobic septic system. A recent problem was discovered at 1:15 pm. Call to report problem. Returned call at 1:30. Technician arrived by 2 pm. Problem diagnosed, new part installed, septic working correctly again by 2:20 pm. These people are great.

Cody, Anna, and Marissa were so helpful getting my aerobic system running again. Cody was very thorough in all his diagnostic tests until he found what was wrong. He also explained how the septic tank works as well as how to give it proper maintenance in regards to weed and bleach tablets. Ana and Marissa were also incredible in looking for the parts I needed to replace on my Hoot system and looking at how to take care of my system in the long run. Loved their service and education I received on septic tanks (because this was the first time I ever needed maintenance on my system since I bought this house)

I want to thank Environmental Construction Services for sending out two professional employees that know exactly what they’re doing when it comes to septic tank services. Cody and Carson were very professional, very kind, and understanding, and corrected all the problems that I had from the previous company by installing two new sprinkler heads and checking the whole system thoroughly. I can’t say enough how happy I am to finally have a company I can trust to take care of my septic services. Ana, who I spoke to, at the office, also deserves praise for her continual communication skills with making sure I knew about everything that was going on. So thank you, Environmental Construction Services, for making a customer feel like family and not just a customer.

Mike and his guys are great! Very professional in a world that seems customer service is non existent. They took the time to let me explain my situation to them, took the time to walk me through what needed to be repaired. Very pleased with them, hopefully I won’t need my well repaired for a very long time, but, if I do they’ll be who I call. They’ll be who I recommend to anyone and everyone I know.

I cannot express enough how thankful I am to Mike and his team. Our well stopped working on a Tuesday evening. I contacted AHS to schedule service. After 48 hours they determined I would need to find a service pro on my own as they could not secure one for me. I made contact with Mike on Thursday and he was able to schedule me for the following Monday. On Friday Mike called to let me know he was doing everything in his power to get to me on Friday so I wouldn't have to go without water over the weekend..... And Mike came through!!!! Thank you again from the bottom of my heart.

A big Thank You for the crew at Almeda Water Well Service. I called yesterday morning in need of them to look at a well that provides for our cattle. We had alot going on and didn't need the added stress of no water with all this heat. They did a great job in communicating with me and was able to fix the well quickly. Highly recommend this company for their professionalism and communication. Hands down one of the best companies I've worked with in a long time.
